But it’s not all about looking good on the outside, it’s also about feeling well on the inside. With that in mind we provide classes in yoga, pilates and cardio based workouts. In terms of treatments we offer holistic therapies and massage with more to come for overall wellbeing and energy balancing. Specialising in a variety of award winning massage and body treatments, including Hot Stone, Swedish, Deep Tissue and our own Signature Body Treatments.
