  • I worked with Sophie for just under and year and really enjoyed it - I didn’t have any specific goals, I just wanted to get stronger… and I certainly did! I only stopped due to work commitments and if they changed I would definitely go back. Sophie is a friend as well as a coach, so you never feel uncomfortable talking to her about things.   • As someone who has been injured for years, lost the enthusiasm to exercise and frankly felt anxious stepping back into the gym, I am so happy I met Sophie.   • Sophie has helped me change so much in the last 6 months. I have become healthier and my relationship with food and exercise has completely changed for the better.
