  • Sophia is excellent. I started working out with her 10 weeks after a C-section when my back was killing me and felt didn’t have a bit of strength in my body. Now I feel strong, I have no pain on my back and have learnt how to use my core. Every session is different and for the whole body, engaging and she has even motivated me to run again! Very professional and knowledgeable, friendly and flexible.

  • I started my sessions with Sophia early 2020 and have loved every one of them! She tailors each session to your specific needs and makes it really fun & motivating! I've tried a lot of new types of exercises with Sophia, and felt fantastic. She has also supported me through injuries and made sure I could get back on track. As a person, she is full of energy and super motivated which has a huge impact on each session. Highly recommended!

  • I've been using Sophia's PT service for over a year now. I had practically given up running as I was carrying so many injuries. I am now able to run again, pain-free, thanks to Sophia and I feel so much stronger and fitter. I really enjoy the sessions, they are good for mind, body and soul :-). Highly recommend.
