  • Sonia has been training me for the last 4 years. I am past retirement age so a degree of ftiness and muscle mass is essential to slow the aging process. Sonia is great at encouraging me to train even when I'm not in the mood (which is most of the time!) and has a great instinct on when to push for more reps and when to ease back. Sessions with Sonia are never dull and I have no hesitation in recommending her

  • Sonia is fantastic. She casts her expert eye over your diet and fitness level, without judgement, and tailors your workout accordingly. As someone who has tried loads of gyms/fitness classes etc without success, trust me, this works! 😁

Sonia advised about diet, intake of fluids and taught me how to stretch properly after exercises which is very important as to not get injuries.   • Sonia is a really patient but motivational coach. She has worked with my son with special needs and is great at adapting programmes to suit his needs. She is firm but positive and is always upbeat and professional. I have referred her on to other friends and colleagues. I highly recommend her.
