A fantastic venue for the kids. Very helpful staff in a well maintained and clean environment. My Daughter has been going over 3 years and thoughrolly enjoys it. Good value and conveniently located in Cardiff. Recommended.

2 weeks ago I had a one to one session with Ryan. He made me feel comfortable from the minute I stepped inside of the gym with his calm temperament and friendly approach. I look forward to training with him again.
