receptionist lovely but when actually wanting to book a test you get put through to an arrogant university trained chimp who tries to make things as awkward as possible

Terrible company messed about 4 times for modual 4 cpc If they say it's included in the price ( just test fee to pay) get it in writing as suddenly once you've booked they mess you around wanting another £200 then it was £55 then back up to £172 no longer taking my class 1 with them !

I completed both class 2 and 1 training on a one to one basis with Somax. Both instructors were helpful, easy to get on with, remember you will be sharing a cab with your instructor and able to help me pass both tests first time. I am happy to recommend Somax.

The team at Somax were very friendly, enthusiastic and after the pre-assessment lesson I knew this was the provider for me. I enrolled on a two and a half day C1 category course which would enable me to apply for the Ambulance Service in the future. The course was 2.5 days (with the test on the last day) the length based on my abilities from the pre-assessemt. The course was on a 2:1 lesson share.
