Brilliant Club. Been here almost 20 years but have played hockey at another Midlands Club. So friendly and welcoming. I hadn't played hockey for ages when I joined and straight away I felt included and people were lovely. Most of my closest friends are at the Club, and whilst I keep threatening to give up, I miss the people, banter, team ethos. A very welcoming, family oriented club with lots to offer including a thriving junior section and multiple adult teams for all abilities. Have been a member since I started playing hockey (at least 13 years ago now) - starting out in the Badgers side before moving up through the ladies sides.

Played here as a junior, moving up the teams until I played in the first team. Returned again after about 10 years and enjoying playing hockey with a good group of lads. A great club who are always willing to develop youth unlike some other teams. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone!

I joined Bloss about 25 years ago and haven't looked back! I joined SBHC in my mid-late 20s having never played hockey before. I could not play at all, and it took a long time to get to even a beginners level! However, I could not have asked for a better and more welcoming club, all players were so friendly.
