Solid Solutions - Solidworks In Leamington Spa

My company contracted solidsolutions to complete a duct run with supports. We paid £24k, and finally got back a drawing package (after full payment) 10 weeks late. The drawing pack contained incomplete work littered with errors. The process was managed badly, calls went unanswered, or pushed sideways. The manager was only interested in further change orders.
