Very good modern place. We watch the basketball there and it's a very nice arena with money obviously being spent on it. Love going there

Rig Circuit and Abs classes are back up! Really good quality equipment and coaching. You'll need the app to book classes, or go directly in to join up. This place is severely overlooked, this is a great gym hidden right by Jury's Inn!

Equipments are of good standards. I recommend Solent sports complex to the world.

Please wake up and put the correct hours that you are open. You confuse the people writing that you are open Sunday,but you are close! Also your equipment is the minimum possible. The opening hours very limited. I need to say more ?

Solent Sport Complex does not cater for all students at this moment in time in comparison to rival universities in the South. In particular, it only seems interested in the development of professional student teams without paying too much attention to establishing recreational clubs and volunteer roles in comparison to Portsmouth University for example. So if you as a student fail to get into any of the teams you are just chucked at the wayside not ever feeling you are apart of Solent Sport. ...
