I would like to know why you don’t send letters out to properties to say hello welcome to your new property we are the suppliers. Terrible. Moved in to new address and carried our energy provider over. Had no contact from So energy. None. Then received final demand letter followed the very next day with a notice of intent. Terrible ... called twice trying to settle up. Then was asked if I would like to be a customer. Not really no
