MHFA course was fab, Simone and Amy are both full of joy and passion and make you feel safe and relaxed. Id highly recommend a course with SO Coach the venue is also lovey and has the best snacks ever.

Simon has a way of making the whole group feel relaxed and energised during the course. The Mental Health course was delivered in a manner that was precise but not to overpowering. Probably the best course I have attended because of the whole delivery and learning options made available.

Mental Health First Aid A very capable and warm presenter who is exceptionally adept at communicating in a highly effective way. The venue is perfect and there is ample free parking. The course was delivered in a very engaging way and all of my cohort felt confident to move forward with Mental Health First Aid.
