  • Theo is a excellent PT providing a comprehensive workout plan whilst recovering from a knee injury. Theo has been able to provide a plan to improve my overall lower limb strength. Highly recommend!!

  • I've been doing a workout with Theo each morning before work. He has given very varied excercises which keeps it interesting. I really look foward to the daily challenge and Theo is a great motivator but also gives good advice during the session to gain the most from the movements. I've certainly noticed the difference in the improved flexibility i have. I would highly recommend Theo.

  • Excellent on line PT, gives me the motivation to get up and going first thing. Mixes up the routines so you don't get bored and gives detailed instructions on how to do each new exercise.

  • Theo has been training me for the last few months, I can not reccomend him highly enough. He has not just helped me become more confident but made me enjoy the workouts, both at home and in the gym. The way he relates snowboarding to his workouts is amazing. It is what made me go with him as I've never seen these but together. I can't wait to to see the difference on the slopes.
