Basic and overpriced. Arrived not aware 1 bedroom had bunk beds, other twin beds. Booking for 3 adults, only 2 so called comfy chairs, no sofa had 4 adults been there. The bunk bed was for a 6footer! Would not if booked had we known. Fridge wasn't even plugged in, was told someone would be here in the morning to check. Had food in transit for 12 hrs. Noone was seen to come. Can only speak for the sea-kayaking part of this, but if you want freedom, exhilaration, and the joy of getting away from it all, this is the place to go and the people to go to. Horrified to call on the day of our booking to find that they had actually not input our booking into their diary. However received a confirmation email to say it had been booked: further more on the call we were told their were no available canoes. All we got was a “sorry don’t remember” however on arrival to the centre we noticed multiple kayaks and canoes so not only were we messed around we were also lied to. Aside from the HORRENDOUS EMAIL COMMUNICATION throughout the booking, when we went to collect the kayak we were confronted with a cantankerous owner that went out of his way to mislead us.
