Hi Everyone, I have experienced very rude behaviour from the SHMA admin team. I had couple of questions to get the clarification being the newly joined parent of KS1 student to which I received reply to read FAQ and then were asked to withdraw my subscription in almost a minute. This is the first time I have experienced such a poor customer service from any club associated with schools.
