I tend to only leave reviews when I have had a bad experience as I lean towards the (cynical) view that good customer service should be expected, as businesses don't do things for free and should provide excellent service. My partner and I took our 8 & 11 year old nephews. The atmosphere was great, really enthusiastic and encouraging. The hospitality was amazing with a warm welcome. Big Nick was our instructor and he was very patient with all of us and encouraging with our boys when they didn't stick the throw. We had an amazing time all around. 10/10 would recommend and will DEFINITELY be going back!

Had a great time at the Snake Room, the instructor Megatron was very helpful and friendly making it a very fun but relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

We loved our hour in the snake room with Bash who kept us right and made it great fun. Highly recommended if you are in the area. Btw - Bash - Ollie got Charizard GX, Mewtwo & Riachu in his pokemon set. 😂

Had an amazing time this morning! My 8year old said it was better than playing fortnite! Definitely looking forward to coming back! Thanks Bash for a memorable experience
