Smithstone Equestrian Centre

Very disappointed by the customer service received by Smithstone centre. My family and I had booked to attend the Tinseltastic Christmas event on the 16th December 2022. A few days before we received an email to say the ice rink was not going to be available which was the main attraction for us. We called and spoke to John who confirmed that we could cancel and he would refund ticket prices. After numerous phones calls, broken promises and countless emails with no responses, we are still wait...

After offering and promising us a refund on a Christmas event, we are still waiting on the funds. Emails are ignored and countless lies and empty promises over the telephone from John. Terrible service ** Avoid** After posting this review on their Facebook page, they have since removed the review and blocked me.

I had a fantastic time at the training event held on the 17th July. It ran smoothly. I also went away with a lot of confidence and homework for riding. Lovely facilities. Hoping to go again soon. 😊

Great place and setup. My Daughter loves its.

No response to repeated calls requesting to use Itison voucher. Very poor service
