  • I couldn’t recommend Chris enough. I truly enjoyed all his boot camp sessions and never wanted to miss them! Rain or shine I was there. He always gives clear instructions on exercises, overlooks what you are doing and suggest replacement exercise if needed. And you really do get the results! I got stronger, fitter and leaner in a short period of time. Brilliant

  • A really friendly guy who is flexible to work around your schedule and location. We did one session a week over a 5 week period whilst doing our own exercise in between. If you needed any nutritional or fitness advice, Chris would get back to you promtply. The workouts are tailored to you're desired goals and he definitely put us through our paces!
