  • I can’t recommend training with Rob Rees enough. Robs knowledge on strength training is phenomenal. Training and learning all about strength training from Rob whilst at Physical Culture has been awesome. The gym is brilliant and I’ve learnt so much. I would recommend to anyone who wants to learn how to become stronger and who may be a bit nervous going to a gym, attend the group sessions that Rob hosts.
