A great friendly club for adults and kids. A fantastic way to get fit whilst learning a martial art along side a group of decent people. I think you'll struggle to find a better instructor too.

Our Daughter started just over a year ago and absolutely loves Taekwondo. Master Stephen Lamberth has been such a great instructor for her and the club has a very family friendly and welcoming atmosphere about it. It is down to Master Lamberth and his group of black belts that my Daughter excels in the way that she does, and she has graded to blue belt in just 15 months. A fantastic club suitable for all ages and abilities. I recently achieved my 3rd Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon-Do, thanks to years of excellent instruction from Master Stephen Lamberth. The classes are fun and also challenging and the self-defence side is excellent for improving confidence. Highly recommended!

An amazing school with great community spirit. I've made lots of friends over the years and would recommend to anyone who is thinking of taking there first steps in to the world of martial arts, Or indeed if your looking for something new Stephen Lamberth (the instructor) is an incredibly welcoming person. The tae kwon do is amazing quality and self defence skill you can learn are incredible useful.
