  • Love these classes, Steph & Konrad are amazing. By far the best yoga classes i've tried (& i've tried quite a few!) Always leave feeling like a chilled out zen giraffe. Steph is lovely, knowlegeable & always does the class with us. Very inspirational. More classes please!

  • I am considered a senior citizen and am lucky enough to join in a small Pilates class that Steph runs. Steph is a kind and caring person and keeps an eye on what we do and the way we do it - correcting us if we are not quite right. Correction is vital in order to benefit from the Pilates moves.   • My friend bought me a present of 3 pilates classes. I have never been active or interested in exercise. 7 months later I love doing pilates. 😊 I was nervous at first as am 5ft and overweight! But everyone is so welcoming and there are all ages, sizes and levels of fitness at each class. Our pilates teacher Steph is excellent.   • My experience of SKYBody.... where do i start?? There is so much i could tell you. But i will start with one very simple fact. This woman is amazing! She has made me fall in love with exersise. Which i never believed would be possible as i had always hated it with a passion. Whether it be HIIT, YOGA, PILATES OR AS A PERSONAL TRAINER. I have seen her at work in all.   • Steph and Konrad are AMAZING, can't recommend them enough. I regularly attend Steph's Outdoor HIIT and Yoga and I love both!
