Although I had a licence, I hadn't driven in the UK for many years. I was nervous about driving again and especially about driving on the left. Alan had such a calm and encouraging demeanour. Immediately, I felt comfortable and less nervous. After only 3 lessons, I was able to buy a car and start driving. Highly recommended!

I didn't actually get to take a lesson with Alan (long story, but my fault not his). However, his email replies to me were prompt, courteous and helpful, in contrast to several other driving instructors who ignored me entirely. So for that reason alone, I feel he deserves a 5-star review.
