They were delivered at a good pace while also making sure you understood each stage before moving on. Everyone was encourage to interact through the day. Loved the starbursts bit 😁 great idea. Well delivered course; good pace, informative with plenty of hands on. And we had a laugh! I think a few graphic images of injuries would have made it aĺl more realistic. It's one thing knowing what to do in the classroom, but in reality?

I attended the Emergency First Aid at Work and found the whole experience fantastic. A warm welcome, a friendly funny trainer with a dynamic pace to the training, answered questions well and kept us on track to the time designated. I would highly recommend.
