Ok so I'm posting on behalf of my mum who is still too upset after Vernon threw mum and her friend out for being 'rude'. He advised them to park in an area where they would have definitely got a ticket, asked them to remove their shoes before going to look at the room which they had paid for, talked non stop about himself and how rich he was....and not following Covid rules, was seen to pick up a child of a guest!
