5 Week Women's Voice Medicine Journey

Starting on November 9th, I am opening up an intimate journey container for 10 women who feel ready to delve deeper into their vocal practise. This will be a beautiful way to make the most of the cosy autumnal months and drop deeper into your own Voice Medicine. Perfect for anyone who is on the path of embodying feminine expression and intuitive feminine wisdom. 

This journey will be a deep dive over 5 weeks into 5 key areas of feminine voice medicine:

Week 1: Getting to know your real voice: Trust, Acceptance, Celebration
Week 2: How to Activate your healing voice for yourself & others
Week 3: Finding confidence, creativity and celebration in your authentic sound
Week 4: Transmuting emotion and reconnecting to feeling through embodied voicework
Week 5: Voice Yoga and Mantra Meditation for Chakra alignment and wellbeing

We will be journeying together over weekly live zoom sessions, including voice activation classes and self-enquiry heart-share topics. Alongside this, you will be supported to delve deeper into your personal relationship with voice with the 5 week Women's Voice Medicine Course supplying you with on demand videos and daily practises to keep you inspired, motivated and practising during the 5 weeks and beyond. Access to the course is for 1 year, so once the 5 week journey container is finished you will have continual practise guidance through the the next 4 seasons, keep embodied in your vocal practise autumn, winter, spring and blossoming into summer! 

After the 5 week container you will also receive access to our monthly Live Zoom Voice activation classes, which are a warm, playful and nurturing online expression space, giving you the opportunity to keep connected with the community and inspire your personal practise every month.

This is really a beautiful journey and one that can give you a personal empowerment that will impact the rest of your life. Your voice and it's potential is way greater than you might know. If you find yourself singing in the shower or the car or in the house when no-one else is around and you want to access that joy even more, and take your expression to the next level, then this is your space.

Details of classes:

Journey commences 9th November 

Live zoom classes every Saturday 11am-1pm (GMT)

Dates: 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, November and 7th December 

Monthly live zoom classes commence from December onwards every second Saturday of the month 11am-1pm (GMT).

You will have access to the on-demand videos for 1 year, until November 2025.

Regular enrolment: £450 

If you are a musician or sound healer or would like to develop your practise even further, there is an option to book additional 1-1 Voice Medicine sessions to help you delve deeper into your practice once the course is complete. We will tailor sessions to suit your personal needs and these can be booked to your schedule during the winter season. You can message me for further information.
