I started learning the piano with Darren as a complete beginner at the beginning of the year. I really enjoyed our weekly lessons and feel that I made good progress under his tutelage. He was always very encouraging, well prepared and made the lessons accessible and fun. Darren was always happy to provide me with any materials I needed to practise at home and he provided an environment conducive to learning. I would recommend him to anyone interested in learning to play the piano.

I have singing lessons with Darren and can honestly say I leave every lesson having noticed a marked improvement in my vocal ability. Darren is so easy and fun to work with, really knows his stuff, and I would recommend his services as a teacher (and having heard him sing and play, a musician!) to anyone wishing to improve not only their musical ability, but their confidence too! Darren is great - always inventive, imaginative and interesting. I've had piano lessons with him for 6 months now and they are truly a highlight of my week.
