  • I came to Richard with chronic lower back pain with little mobility. I was looking to rehabilitate through exercise and get stronger generally. Richard devised a programme specific to my goals with a really considerate and long term perspective on my progress vs any risk associated with my pain/injury. My increased mobility, increased strength, increased functionality (pain-relief) and leaner physique is a testament to his expertise and patience. I highly recommend him.

  • Rich is an amazing trainer and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He gives excellent results and gives you a individually tailored program of training sessions and nutrition goals. He helps you achieve your goals within a short timeframe and is great at communication. He makes changes to the program as the training progresses, which maximise the results. He makes the most of every single session, and each week I could see progress.

  • Richard uses evidence-based approach in managing your fitness journey. He creates individualised, easy-to-follow and EFFECTIVE programmes structured to your needs and he is the type of trainer who respects your time and pays much attention to achieve your goals. He also creates content that is helpful and sensible. I was only gonna go for three months of online training but since I was very pleased with his expertise and help, I decided to carry on. I would highly recommend this guy.
