  • I booked a space on the Yin Yoga workshop with Emma with the expectation of a cosy and relaxing evening; it surpassed all expectations. We spent a lot of time and focus on our bodies and minds and how they respond to each pose. Emma is a calming, approachable and knowledgable instructor, with a lovely energy and reassurance with any questions or concerns from the group. I will be booking again very soon at Abergavenny community centre!

  • Had such a wonderful time at the February retreat day! Emma led the day beautifully, gently guiding us through every element while allowing time to ease into and out of every move and activity. The pace was perfect and I was left with a sense of both relaxation and preparedness for the week ahead. Would highly recommend her retreat day to anyone who needs to gift themselves a day of self-care and kindness!

  • I’ve been going to Emma’s Beginners Yoga class since May last year and I really appreciate her warmth, knowledge and skill. The class is really well paced, calming and friendly. Emma gives individual support when needed and she’s so approachable and encouraging. Every Monday I leave the class feeling I’ve been really looked after. Highly recommended!
