  • Been training with simon now for around 7 weeks on a 1-1 basis (cardio based) his training methods are exactly what i was looking for interms of motivation and pushing me to get the best out of me. He has also helped me so much both physically and mentally over come certain obstacles....amazing service all round !👍 Would highly reccomend him to anyone !

  • I have moved from Edinburgh to Milton Keynes and found FitMK which is an outdoor gym/virtual fitness group created by Simon. He is very professional and passionate about his work. Simon provides great services with a smile and would continue FitMK when I move back home. Keep up the good work :-)

  • All I can say is Simon is incredible, he takes the time to get to know you as a person and in turn learns what motivates you and what makes you push your self to your limit without taking it to far. He teaches you to be accountable and change your mind set with out realising. He is there for you not the session but also via online groups. He is invested in everyone that he trains and it really shows. I Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a trainer/coach. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

  • I found PT with Simon were top notch. He really focuses on your motivation and customises his approach to this (and to you as well), always felt motivated after his sessions and even managed to get them to work during lock down (via zoom) which I found impressive. Felt my strength go up and also made me think about how how to get the maximum benefit from every movement. Would definetly recommend.

  • Booked some sessions with Simon to help with my knee rehab. Simon was focused and really helped, making sure I was lifting properly (part of my rehab was carry out some deadlifts). He also went further than just the weight side of what I needed and added some proprioception work to prepare my legs/knee to react better when I started doing more exercise. All in all a really good experience and well worth the time and money. Thanks Simon : )
