I've always been a very active person with many interests and a love for learning about the world. I'm fascinated be people; what makes us who we are or do the things we do? This interest in people led me to hospitality, where I progressed through sales, leadership and consultancy roles in the drinks industry. Of all the things I got to do, the opportunity to lead and develop people was the most rewarding. I found that an essential part of motivating, and leading people to success is ensuring their healthy work-life balance.
