I recently ordered some RWN ball markers from Simon. The service he provided (and his wife Jaimie) was excellent. The markers are great and I would recommend them for other collectors out there. Golf clubs / pros need to understand that they are missing a business opportunity here in selling their club branded goods to non club members. Simon and his team (Joe and Jaimie) operate an excellent shop and teaching service. They are highly knowledgeable yet friendly and give excellent advice in relation to all aspects of golf equipment and clothing, including Joe's vintage Oldfield clothing range.

My Powakaddy was giving me problems with inconsistent performance (I once had to push it all the way round!). Simon and Joe set about going through each possible cause in a logical way, starting with the least expensive likely causes. In the end it was quite an expensive part that was required but I was pleased that they did not automatically assume that was the case and then get it wrong. Excellent service and my Powakaddy has been working reliably ever since.
