  • Excellent. Simon has a really positive attitude to clients. He has a subtle yet highly motivating approach without being overbearing. I have never felt self conscious in his class unlike when I have been to gyms in the past. Activity is always varied so each session has different challenges and maintains interest.   • Just finished my second lot of sessions with Simon. I can't praise him enough. Each session was different and although some sessions were tough, with Simon's encouragement, I got through them and felt so much better afterwards. If you're looking for a PT who knows his stuff, Simon's your man!

  • I have been training with Simon now for nearly 2 months to improve my running for a half marathon and improve my strength for Tough Mudder. I enjoy the fact that each session is different, especially when we go for a run outdoors to mix it up!
