I have been playing guitar for a number of years with chords and a few pentatonics. I looked Simon up and booked lessons in November 2019, I've now got out of the box and I am playing lead guitar parts in many keys. Simon is a great guy, patient and encouraging in lessons. I have learnt so much in the months that I have been having lessons with Simon. I would highly recommend Simon to any guitar player wishing to learn or expand their guitar knowledge.

As a 'mature student, I was very nervous about getting lessons. Simon was recommended by a friend. I have been a student of Simon's for just over a year now. In that time Simon has shown the patience of a saint. He only goes at your pace, never pushing to play music you don't like. Booking lessons is so easy, (especially as I work a 7 day rota). Simon always manages to fit me in around my duties. The past 14 months have been really fun, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Simon as a tutor.

I would highly recommend Simon to anyone at any level. He makes learning and improving simple and knows the guitar inside out. You won't just learn how to play a song, you will understand how and why it works. His knowledge is second to none but most of all, he is a genuinely nice bloke.
