  • I can’t recommend Jim enough. He took me from 0-10K in 4 months and I completed my 1st 10K race oct 2022, which was a massive achievement for me.   • Jim has helped and improved my back issues using a targeted approach to my problems. He is a good listener and is very competent in his field. Jim conducted regular reviews to make sure I was ok and to check that progress was being made at the right pace for my condition.
