Silke Mackay School Of Dance

All three of my daughters have been students of Silke’s - she is incredibly dedicated, kind and experienced. My middle daughter has been able to audition for Cecchetti Scholars and is in her 4th year there and hoping to join a vocational school next September. I can’t recommend this dance school highly enough, whether your child wants to dance for fun or pursue a career in ballet.

Both my girls have classes here and they absolutely love it. I was nervous about finding my eldest somewhere to dance as she kept asking but she can be very shy and timid. But I need not have worried, she was instantly put at ease and has enjoyed every lesson since. They both count down the days until ballet day.

Silke has an engaging, supportive and attentive approach towards teaching, meaning the enjoyment of dance is felt by all at the Silke Mackay School of Dance. It is a wonderful place for anyone to experience dance, whether that be undertaking a new hobby for both fun and fitness; or for those who intend to pursue this art form, in whatever aspect, further on into a career.
