I attended Jenefer Livings seminar: 'Improving Staff Performance and Reducing Absence'. The discussion re. particular cases of sickness absence and how to manage absences in general and staff behaviours was really valuable. The seminar was well organised and Jenefer gave ample time to answer questions and respond to queries which was helpful. Jenefer is clearly knowledgeable.

I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Jenefer whilst in a tricky management situation. Jenefer informed me of my rights as a manager and put me at ease giving effective and informative advise as how to handle the situation whilst protecting myself.
