Great training provided with great detail. Really enjoyed the course, learned a lot and feel a lot more comfortable as a first aider

Had zero first aid training beforehand. The sessions are great, very interactive and informative. You are taught all they key things needed in order to save someone's life.

Had the Combat Trainers Activity First Aid course for my entire team of Instructors which was over 2 days. Chris is a fantastic trainer, full of knowledge but also with the ability to deliver the training in a very natural and fun manner. We will surely be working with Chris and Sigma Academy in future.

Came in with no experience at all in terms of first aid training and CPR. Came out knowing a lot more on how to provide first aid and CPR to someone who needs it, including on how to use a Defib appropriately. Definitely would recommend everyone to go through this course as everyone should be taught this to save lives. The course involved loads of engagement and was an awesome experiences too.
