Today I visited Spa Isha in their West Ealing location. I found the spa clean and relaxing. I received a 75 mins deep tissue massage. My therapist asked me if there were any areas they should concentrate on prior to the massage and proceeded to work on these as discussed. During the massage my therapist checked that the pressure and room temperature were comfortable. The products smelt lovely and enhanced the relaxing experience. Had a very relaxing Aromatherapy body massage and a mini facial. My therapist Satjot was very professional and did an amazing job. I love the products used by Spa Isha. I was a regular client at the Hanwell branch and this was my first time at their new location in West Ealing.

Was recommended to contact Dinesh Kotecha after years of unsuccessful treatment for a work related injury. Left work early and came all the way. Paid for parking to find that the spa is closed even though their closing time is 6pm. Called the number on the door only for the lady to tell me that “when it’s quiet the therapists decide to go home” no mention of anything like that on their website. She then proceeded to tell me to book an appointment in future. Well if this is the case maybe you should make it absolutely clear that you work on an appointment only basis.
