Most training courses have you snoring within an hour. Not this one! Extremely informative, not treated like children or patronised. Paul was an absolute joy. Definitely training on another level, cannot recommend highly enough!

I was very anxious about taking part in the course, due to Covid-19. I shared this with Paul at the start of the session and he explained what measures had been taken to protect us. We were each provided with wipes, hand gel, gloves, masks etc. Paul wore PPE when working close to us. He gave us opportunities to share any worries we had during the sessions. I felt less anxious and enjoyed taking part in the course. Thank you Paul.

Living with autism i have always struggled to stay focused on training courses unless specific to my field of interest. Having now been on a number of courses through SHN i have to mention that Paul has a great way of delivering to his audience and makes learning engaging and informative. I have recently undertaken 2 courses with SHN Training and have found them both to be very informative and enjoyable. The right mix of theory and practical in a comfortable setting. Actually found that i really enjoyed the practical elements of the training (something i usually dread!). Paul is very knowledgeable and very easy to listen too. Would 100% recommend.

We have used SHN training a number of times at our school for 'Emergency First Aid at Work' and 'Paediatric First Aid'. The training was specific and tailored to meet the individual needs of our school. Paul is friendly, helpful and made staff feel at ease. Would definitely recommend.
