Shirley Park Golf Club

We were there for an event, didn’t get to see the golf course of other areas of this club. Good parking facilities! Inside the place is a bit tired looking! Buffet food was okay and drinks were quite reasonably priced!

Attended an event at the function room. Very clean and spacious. Great staff. The decor was pleasant with some interesting cabinets and plaques related to the club. Plenty of private parking. The club members in the main bar were polite and pleasent when we crossed paths. Was a lovely evening.

Had the most wonderful day with friends and family , enjoying the Indian BBQ and company after the Calcutta Competition between the Kings and Rajahs .

Simple but nice. Was a Good venue for our staff summer ball. Don't know much about the drink prices, we were treated to vouchers for free drinks. One thing I wasn't impressed with were the Toilet. It was clean. But, Being a Golf Club, for a venue that size it seems they didn't intend for many women to be there originally. Could do with an update on facilities. Crazy waiting and doing the one-in-one-out thing...

Great variety of holes with a few challenges. Greens were in exellent condition and had some subtle but tricky slopes. A couple of the par 4's can be driven but good luck staying on the greens and its possible to reach the par fives in 2. Friendly welcoming staff and players. Only criticism might be the strict dress code for the bar as you must change out of your playing clothes. Oh and no changing shoes in the car park!
