  • This gym, is by far, second to none the best gym you could ever go to .   • I recently discovered this gym by another gym recommending ShireFit. I've been to 3 classes thus far and I absolutely love the community and vibe this gym brings. I'm new to living in the UK and I feel as if I have already made friends at the gym. The Coaches focus on the form you are doing of every movement and I think that's so important that they analyze the entire class. If your looking to try a gym, I highly recommend you pop in for a visit. Everyone is so kind and welcoming!

  • Great place to train, classes are really well structured and the trainers are always on hand to push you a bit further, give cues to improve form or come up with alternative exercises if one is too difficult for whatever reason. It really is all about the community/members here and they cater to all abilities so if you're unsure about joining a gym because it's the first time you've been to one or you consider yourself a seasoned crossfitter, it's the best gym around.
