Shining Cliff Hostel

Amazing place, expected a great mini adventure in the woods but was also very pleasantly surprised by how lovely the hostel itself is inside, great communal kitchen / diner / chill space with great cooker, wifi, stereo, nice showers, fab toy boxes for the kids, handy kit for the firepit and generally a lovely space to spend a few days with friends. Definitely planning a return visit!

Stunning location! Bit of a trek through the woods to get to the hostel but there are wheel barrows at the car park to take stuff up to the hostel. I have been to many hostels and this has to be one of the best. Kitchen was well equipped. We will be back!

I booked Shining Cliff Hostel as a part of a retreat. The booking process was simple and Kate was kind and helpful towards all of my questions. The Hostel itself is located in a very special woodland which makes it the perfect place to reconnect with nature. The hostel is clean and very well stocked, and whilst all the beds are dormitory beds, they are comfortable.
