Shining Care Training

1 star is for 1 member of staff who was professional and showed care skills. In my experience the rest of the staff are late to visits with no apology or explanation, then leave early. They leave soiled pads and do not clean up after themselves. No respect for other people's home, safety or hygiene. Care provided is poor and inadequate. Most of the carers were nice enough people however they were not appropriate for my ex husbands needs and a couple of them turned up in the afternoon which was not the care plan.
