Sherwood Forest Golf Club

Fantastic venue, really nice layout. Staff were very friendly and very welcoming, greens were the only reason this is not a 5 star. Sadly the time of year didn’t help this and you can see from the way of the rest of the golf course that this isn’t a constant issue, we just had it on a bad day. Will definitely intend to be back in the future.

Had the day at Sherwood Forest Golf Club recently. Hoping it would reflect the good reports and I have to say it was absolutely wonderful. The whole experience was typical of a well run professional golf club. Really could not fault anything about the course, practice facilities, catering or management. There was a ‘good morning’ from everyone at the club

I played here as part of a society, we were made to feel very welcome by the staff and it's members. The course is a great track, with the greens being a welcome challenge. It was so quiet during the round too, there aren't any busy roads anywhere near the course. The locker rooms were spacious and the club provides towels for a shower.
