Recently started 1:1 sessions here. Everyone involved is immensely friendly, warm, welcoming and professional. The lessons, from day 1, are fun, exciting and beneficial. Highly recommended

My son has been training with Chris for 5 years he loves going to every class Chris is a excellent jiu-jitsu instructor and very passionate about the art of jiu-jitsu every lesson Chris breaks the moves down so everyone can understand them the atmosphere hear is very friendly and peaple are happy to help you I would highly recommend Sheffield jiu-jitsu self defence to anyone who wants to learn the real art of Jiu-jitsu for real life situations

I'm glad I found this place. A great teacher, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. There are a good mix of people in the class, and everyone does their best to help out and pass on knowledge. Can't recommend it enough.

My son absolutely loves coming to learn Ju Jitsu with Sheffield Self Defence. He is getting so much out of it, it's great to see. Would high recommend.
