Fabulous place to learn how to box and keep fit in a safe environment. Very friendly, multi cultural and great coaches. Good parking Highly recommended

First visited on a Saturday morning, very busy but a great bunch of folk. Been going in the week and once again great people. I must say that the head coach Brendan is such a fantastic example to everyone a true gentleman so knowledgable and skilled, fantastic.
