Shaun Tyler Osteopath & Personal Trainer Colchester

So this is me, Shaun Tyler, I’m a Registered Osteopath and Personal Trainer. I’ve been a Personal Trainer since 2001 and qualified as an Osteopath in 2017. I run my osteopathic clinic from home near Abbey Fields, Colchester and Reflex 18 Injury Hub on Peartree Business Centre, Colchester. As an osteopath I treat wide variety of injuries to muscles and joints of the body including back and neck pain, muscle strains, posture related injuries and age related aches and pains. As a personal trainer I work with people with all sorts of goals including weight loss, pain management, back care, rehabilitation and stress relief.
