  • I Recently started training with Matt, and so glad I have! Matt is an excellent motivator and coach who always is able to give the best advice for fitness, nutrition and overall general health. Matt’s group training sessions has already provided noticeable differences as it is a great environment for motivation to exercise and has structured workout programs that give awesome results. Thanks so much to Matt for everything so far!

  • I started attending group training sessions with Matt a few years ago when I was training for the London marathon. The sessions really helped to build up my strength and were great fun. After a bit of a break, last year I went back to group training and I'm loving it again. The sessions are challenging but fun and Matt is a great trainer. He knows his stuff and is a genuinely nice guy who wants to help you achieve your goals.

  • Matt is just the best! He has a great personality and his training sessions/classes are both challenging and fun. Over the years, I've had other trainers and attended countless gym classes, but hand on heart, I can say training with Matt is more effective and definitely more enjoyable. I can't recommend him enough.

  • I have now been training with Matt for nearly a year and it’s been great! He’s always very helpful and knowledgeable which has helped me to learn the right technique when training. I have been doing 1-1 PT sessions which are great as I get on with Matt really well and he pushes me to the right limit for me. The online coaching is also something to keep me on track when I’m in the gym without Matt, would strongly recommend him to anyone
