  • Cath is an amazing personal trainer for sport specific training. I Sail for Wales and it is important that I am strong and have lots of stamina to stay out on the water for long hours.   • Ive loved all my sessions with Cath, she's been a fantastic PT and not just helped me shift the lbs and tone up, she's helped me understand my body and how to look after it. I cant believe how quickly my fitness levels have improved in the short time I've trained, and the results are clear to see. even on days when I've really had to drag myself along to my sessions (not many but a few) Cath has been a real support and I've left our sessions feeling fantastic!
