  • Andy gives great online classes. He is meticulous when explaining each exercise and about how to breath. He is super energetic and professional. His warm up and stretching to open and end the classes are fantastic (love how he incorporates yoga during stretch out). His kettlebell workout was complete and I definitely felt it after every time I attended :-)

  • Andy’s online kettleball classes have given me the motivation needed to be able to workout at home. The classes are so well designed that the time passes really quickly yet you feel so achieved by the end of it. Each class is varied with different exercises and a different focus, meaning that you never get bored of the classes and instead are excited to workout!   • I started bootcamp with little expectations of my abilities. I'm not a gym person, have not proper exercised in years and therefore have no upper body strength but wanted to give it a go anyway - why not?!   • I only joined the yoga classes a few weeks ago but have really enjoyed it so far. I am a beginner so I was a bit anxious at first, but the classes aren’t too difficult to follow. After a few classes I can already feel a difference which is great. Friendly people and good teachers!

  • I joined shape up fitness in February, initially just doing yoga then gradually taking other classes too. There is such a variety of classes, exercises, class times that I am able to fit around my work/commitments . The people are so welcoming and friendly (not my experience with other fitness groups) and despite my moans and groans I really enjoy the exercises. I feel fitter than I have for years and I’ve lost nearly 2 1/2 stone since I started.
