  • Nam Pai Chuan has been part of my life for the past 25 years. I love the balance between martial training, internal work and welcoming community that this club creates. If you’re on a lifelong journey of training your body, mind and spirit then you can’t take a foot wrong with signing up as a member.

  • I've been practicing Nam Pai Chuan for over a decade. It's a really special art. It's been amazing for my physical and mental health, and my confidence. The classes are friendly and accessible, and suit a range of abilities. The students are diverse and the teaching is great. And it's fun!
